The following rules in “Terms and Conditions” govern (a) the use of the website:- www.chocolaparis.qa . By using our site you (a) acknowledge that you have read, understand, and expressly agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions including our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). 

 Subject to applicable Law, Chocola Paris may, in its discretion, from time to time amend or otherwise modify the Terms & Conditions. Chocola Paris recommends that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions each time you visit the Website as the Terms & Conditions may affect your rights. 

If you do not agree with the Terms & Conditions of Use, do not use the Website for its intended usage. 

THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR RETURN, REFUND, REPLACEMENT 

o Product unavailable or found not suitable for verifying the complaint

o Missing or damaged invoice bill 

o Returned without the original invoice 

o Chocola Paris products mixed with other products 

Warranty Disclosure:

  • If the products are damaged before delivery, Chocola Paris will be responsible to rearrange the products for the customers with actual conditions and freshness. 
  • We don’t accept any cancellation or refund for the product that is delivered and used.
  • If there are any issues with the product delivered, the customers should contact our customers within 30 minutes after the delivery and address the issues. We will then inspect the issues and do the needful.

Delivery Information:

Delivery Charge: – 

  • We will deliver our products for free in and around Muaither, Al Aziziyah, Al Kharaitiyat, Ummsalal Muhammad which is the closest proximity from our physical shop.
  • We will charge 20 QAR for all the below QAR purchse to the areas such as Doha, Al Thumama, Al Dafna, Abu Hamur, Al Sadd , Ar Rayyan, Al wakara and Al Wukair.
Additional delivery charge for listed regions: 
There will be an additional delivery charge in certain regions as mentioned in the below.
Note: Owing to the distance to which the delivery be made, we are compelled to charge a nominal delivery charge ranging from 20 QAR to 50 QAR for Abu Samra, Dukhan, Fuwayrit, Al Khor, Mesaieed, Shamal, Simaisma, Shahaniya, Ruwais, Dukhan.

Normal delivery: The order is processed quickly and delivered to you.
 
Same-day delivery: The order will be delivered on the same day. (Not applicable for customized orders)
 
Delivery Time for Customized Orders: 
 
For all the customized order we would need one day to process the order and the customer need to pre order one day before to deliver this in time. 
Change of location: The change of location for delivery should be intimated 2 hours prior to the accepted delivery time.
 

Communications 

You consent to receive communications from us by e-mail, SMS or any other communication made electronically, verbally, physically or through the post. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that Chocola Paris provides to you by e-mail or in any other afore mentioned mediums satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. 

Orders Acceptance and Cancellation of Orders 

When you make an order, you are making an offer to purchase, and such an offer is subject to acceptance of Chocola Paris. Please note the below points of agreement  

  • Your receipt of an order confirmation from Chocola Paris does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.  
  • Chocola Paris reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline or cancel your order (in whole or in part) for any reason whatsoever.  
  • Chocola Paris may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.  
  • When purchasing a gift order, you will be required to accurately provide the gift recipient’s name and shipping address. 

Your order is not accepted until Chocola Paris sends you shipping information for the order (or the accepted portion thereof). Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that, if Chocola Paris cancels all or a part of your order, your sole and exclusive remedy is either that (a) Chocola Paris will issue a credit to your credit/debit card or bank account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion (if your account card has already been charged for the order) or (b) Chocola Paris will not charge your credit/debit card or bank account for the cancelled portion of the order.

Not withstanding anything contained herein, any and all payments made via the above-mentioned options, either through the payment gateway on the Chocola Paris website or through, are subject to specific terms and conditions of such third-party payment gateways.

GRIEVANCE POLICY 

Note – Replacement, Exchange or Refund policy is applicable only for the products which have a manufacturing issue. We can Replace, Exchange, or Refund if the product is damaged but the customer needs to raise a complaint on our website within 24hrs from the delivery date. No refund or exchange will be given if the product has no manufacturing defect.  

Note- Any refund will be processed only for the actual product price- delivery charges and processing fees will not be refunded.
